This was a big one. We tackled full landscape installs across multiple homes in Columbia, TN - and the scope of work covered just about everything you'd want done at once. Fresh plant beds, large-format paver patios, stepping stone walkways, shrub borders, mulch, and landscape lighting. When it all comes together on a property like this, the difference is night and day.
The paver work was a centerpiece on a few of these homes. We laid large-format concrete pavers with dark aggregate joints on the back patio areas - the grid layout is clean and structured, and it connects directly to the covered deck space for a seamless outdoor living setup. The side yard walkways used the same pavers in a stepping stone configuration set into fresh mulch beds with ornamental grass planted on both sides. Functional and sharp.
Out front, we focused on clean bed lines along the driveways and foundations. Rows of rounded shrubs spaced evenly through dark mulch give each home a structured, well-kept look that doesn't try too hard. Low-profile landscape lights are tucked in throughout, so the curb appeal carries into the evening hours too. A few of the homes also got a focal-point tree planted in the yard with a circular mulch bed built around it - subtle, but it pulls the whole front yard together.
What you can't always see at ground level is how intentional the layout is. The aerial shots tell the real story. Shrub lines running parallel along both sides of the backyards, paver paths wrapping around the corners of the homes, mulch beds with clean hard edges - everything is laid out with purpose. That kind of planning up front is what makes a landscape hold its shape long after the crew leaves.
Columbia is growing fast, and new construction homes need landscaping that matches the quality of the build. That's exactly what we're set up to deliver - whether it's one piece of the puzzle or the whole yard from scratch.
